Through Formula E’s Better Futures Fund, a €25,000 investment in Big Issue Recruit will help 20 people facing barriers to employment gain the tools, skills, and confidence they need to move closer to work and opportunity.
Each participant in the program receives:
A refurbished smartphone: Keeping them connected to vital digital services and career opportunities.
Tailored coaching: Practical training covering AI, digital literacy, and financial skills.
Real-world experience: Career insights and paid work experience opportunities across Formula E, Big Issue, and giffgaff.
